restrict friendship

does anybody know method to stop sending friend request unless user achives some points?

can you create a script
if(count(friends) > 10){return false; }

Sorry bo exist programmer or people working in this code version, this code is old, your need learn php and jquery and create your code necesary u.u .. and  sorry...
