Hi,

You have to edit TinyMce.php you can find that in application/libraries/Engine/View/Helper

To activate jbimages you have to add that like this

protected $_config = array(
    'mode' => 'textareas',
    'plugins' => array(
      'table', 'fullscreen', 'media', 'preview', 'paste', 'code', 'image',
      'textcolor', 'jbimages'
),
    'theme' => 'modern',
    'menubar' => false,
    'statusbar' => false,
    'toolbar1' => array(
      'undo', 'redo', 'removeformat', 'pastetext', '|', 'code', 'media',
      'image', 'link', 'fullscreen', 'preview', '|', 'jbimages'

Then it will show after empty the cache in your TinyMCE editor.

I'm trying to get this free program to work in SE http://www.responsivefilemanager.com/  I'm very close now once it works I will post it on the forum.

Yes we have it working the only problem we have now is uploading on my local server it works great but on my test site is uploading a problem but we will get there.

One thing I can tell is that it is not so difficult to setup.

I've also attempted to add  http://www.responsivefilemanager.com/  to SE 4.8.6 TinyMCE some success but can never get files to upload, I can however create folders.

I have asked for help with this on this and other websites but to now avail.  the integration of TinyMCE v4+ and Responsive File Manager seems like it would be a great thing to have but seems to lack interest for some reason, their also security risk from what I understand by allowing uploads.

In the mean time, all I really want is for my members to be able to upload their own images on forums, blogs and articles and this has been taken away from TinyMCE v4+ so now we have to jump though hoops to do what used to be so simple. so much for upgrades LOL

With socialengine, can you configure tinyMCE to behave differently for certain plugins. For example, I'd like to disable image uploads for classifieds, but keep them for forums.

Jason I had that problem to, you have to upload the upload.php again for some reason it gets broken with uploading
